Welcome to Core Complete

Dear Readers,

First, allow me to thank you for taking the time to check out Core Complete.

As a personal trainer working with people of all ages and needs, the one common denominator in virtually every individual I train is the desire for a firm and fit mid-section. From new moms to beauty pageant competitors, the quest for tone in this area seems to span all segments of the population and thus much of my time is developing programs which meet this need in the most safe and effective manner possible.

One thing I learned early on is that the number one barrier in this process if most often poor posture. Despite the average American spending 6-8 hours hunched over a computer, we spin our wheels with sit ups and crunches-- exercises which reinforce this position-- rather than taking simple steps to maintain and build our bodies.

With this in mind, the Core Complete and Restore programs incorperate elements such as stretching and deep breathing along with crunchless core training to build a balanced body able to develop optimal abdominal definition and physical performance. I necourage you to browse through the articles, videos and descriptions of each program on the website and contact me for more information.
